Great River Road - South

Things I would do on a return trip...
-Spend more time in the Mandeville, LA area.  I loved it there, and there was more to do than we had time for! 
-Spring time is delightful in Louisiana
-There are some very remote and empty places in Arkansas and Mississippi.  Pay attention to gas, water, and food in the car.  
​-Pere Marquette is a cool State Park resort that has a lot to do and nearby surrounding communities to enjoy.
