My Top 3 Wisconsin Family Events
Apple FestHave you heard of a small town called Gays Mills in WI? Well on the last weekend of September every year, follow Hwy 171 to find all the apple orchards and activities you would ever want. Our favorite is to pick fresh apples off the tree and bite into them immediately.
Farmer's MarketThere is something special about a Saturday morning visit to the Farmer's Market in downtown Madison. It gets busy fast, but go early and in the fall, and you won't be disappointed. In true Wisconsinite fashion, our favorite is the spicy cheese bread.
Christmas FestivalsIt feels like every small town in Wisconsin hosts some Christmas festival. One of our favorites is in Tomahawk. They have live mannequin displays, hot chocolate stations, costumes, live music, and much more during this annual festival.
